The Employee Ownership Foundation is currently providing limited initial funding in three principal areas:

Educational Initiatives
Performance Improvement
Communication and Information

These program initiatives represent only a start of the Foundation's overall mission to expand employee ownership. The Foundation solicits ideas for additional programs and will actively work with donors on specific projects of interest.
